As with the boss strategy thread, the content in here is subject to change as the developers tweak things (for example, Plastids are now argh-horrible to farm as of Update 9).
Found a particular mission that seems to be good for collecting a certain resource? Let us know!

Now that Resource Alerts are now live! DO THEM. I don't know if the quantity of the reward varies, but from what I've done so far they seem very worthwhile:
Nano Spores: 3000
Salvage: 300
Ferrite: 3000, 6000
Plastids: 300
Alloy Plate: 1500
Rubedo: 450
Circuits: 1500
Morphics: 1
Neural Sensors: 1
Gallium: 1
Neurodes: 1
Orokin Cell: 1

PLASTIDS
Update 9 upped the levels of enemies across quite a few regions; Plastids were easily farmable on Uranus and even Saturn prior to U9, but now that enemy levels there have increased significantly, be cautious - especially if you're taking a farming loadout (e.g. Loki with Thief's Wit and Master Thief). It can be very difficult now to run these areas solo when farming, as heavy units can wipe the floor with you if you're not careful.
However, Ariel on Uranus seems to still be fairly viable.

i mostly like doing infested raids i can control it better rather than dealing with grineer shooting me constantly at least with infested they cant shoot you only rush at you

PLASTIDS
Mimas on Saturn is good; Infested Raid, Galleon Tileset (meaning lots of containers and lockers). And while you certainly will get Nano Spores, you will also get quite a large number of Plastids (I spent maybe half an hour running around and exploring the entire ship and got about 600).
[EDIT] Not so much anymore since U10 changed a lot of Raids to Survival. :/

Orokin Cells- Sargas Ruk on (Saturn) I think is the best for these I get 2 a round from boss and searching all containers + you can get upto 200 Plastids and about 600-1k Naner Spers.
Orokin Cells- Varro on Ceres, play this map 15-20 rounds might get 2

Sedna - Nakki = a great place for salvage and for rubedo. Alloy plate seems to drop little bit rare in this map but this map is prime for salvage and rubedo. This map also holds more than 200 enemies so is also good for kills in a short amount of time.

Cyath = NANER SPERS central over 9000 recorded SPERS per round. If you dont want to fight a boss for your neurodes, this is the place to get 1+ each round... IF you can survive. Plastids in this map usually range from 200-600 for me.
