As a number of bosses are currently either placeholders or undergoing reworking, this thread's contents are subject to change; however, if you've discovered a neat trick to handling a boss, feel free to share it here!
I'll go first :V This one I actually read on the wiki, but it's pretty damn clever and works rather well:
RAPTOR Have a Loki use Switch Teleport on Raptor so that it gets trapped in the glass structure in the center of the arena; it occasionally can escape, but in most cases it's too big to even move around properly in there, meaning the mines it drops are of little to no danger to players. You can then shoot at it with impunity through the doorway (Loki can place a Decoy by the corner of the doorframe to keep it open if needed). You'll still have to watch out for its shots and homing rockets, but in the trapped position, there is plenty of effective cover, and sometimes its AI plain dumbs out and it just floats there. Most importantly, it also ensures that any blueprint orbs it drops remain within bounds and will not be teleported elsewhere (as can be the case when it is killed way up in the air).
Mag can also use Pull to yank Raptor close to the ground just before it is killed to keep the drops within bounds.

Another way to do the Raptor is to pull him into one of those big rooms with the big doors (the room right before the open courtyard where he is) and put up a snow globe and shoot out at him. This requires a frost.

Any Grineer boss except Kril: Equip Kokage, running charge attack, stand on ragdoll. Pop.

Not exactly a boss thing, but it seems like the "weakspot" for the Ancients have moved with the introduction of the new Ancient model; it is no longer on the foot, per se, it's more on the leg, just above the "knee": Sorry it's hard to see (since it's also not centered, but look where I'm aiming in the image), but here:
