There is no concrete information yet; updates to follow as more is revealed, but we can expect this to begin on Friday (8/9/2013) and run through 12p EDT on Monday.

There will be special, replayable alert missions - obtain Cipher and Datamass components from these to build Corpus Void Keys (blueprints from Market for credits). Use the key to go on a special Capture mission; completion of the Capture mission will give you and everyone in your squad points toward the event - more squad members STARTING the mission (in lobby before the mission begins) means more capture targets per mission and therefore more points (4 points per member per mission for a squad of 4).

Individual prizes have been announced: 3 Dual-stat Mods for Rifle, Warframe, and Pistol.
